Jess practices and shares yoga as a modality of self healing and embodied inquiry. More than a series of physical postures, she believes strongly in the power of yoga to transform the inner and outer workings of one’s life. Her classes link slow movements with soft breathing, and combine longer holds with the use of props, supporting access to the postures and insights into the many layers of self. Jess is grateful for her teachers, and gives special thanks to Bhavani Maki, Eddie Modestini & Kristin Bosteels, whose teachings she is deeply influenced by.
