Therapeutic Balancing

Yoga-based class focused on flexibility, balance, strength, and alignment, infused with Pilates for stability and relaxation practice to facilitate a healing state in the body. This class is ideal for those looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. It supports new students, those transitioning out of pain, injury, or a stagnant state and back into movement.

Therapeutic Fit

Therapeutic Fit is a class that offers accessible movement and training for the whole body. This class is ideal for those new to yoga and fitness as well as those recovering from injury. It supports students in a transition from a stationary state back into movement. An emphasis is placed on progressive strength, lengthening, stabilization, and body awareness to get you moving.

Stretch & Release

Stretch & Release is a movement class that explores a crossover between yoga and other effective physical therapies that open and release tension in the body. With attention to bio-mechanical alignment and healing, this movement class is slower paced to nourish the nervous system while building strength, flexibility, and balance. Postures are held for longer periods of time in order to deepen your practice, build internal awareness, and use the wisdom of your breath. From a beginner who wishes to move at a slower pace to an advanced practitioner looking to dive deeper into the energetic alignment of the body, this class offers a full spectrum of practice. Great for those who want to slow down and for those working with injury recovery or prevention. This practice helps support a pain-free live.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a style of workout where you will cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between sets. This class helps cardiovascular health while also improving muscular endurance and strength. Circuit training is one of the most efficient forms of exercise to burn fat, lose weight, and build muscle. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. The objective is to work each major muscle group during one full circuit.

FLEXpress

FLEXpress is only 45-minutes and designed to accommodate your busy schedule by distilling the conditioning offered in the 1-hr FLEX class in a convenient time slot. Perfect for getting an endorphin blast on your way to pick up the kids, or to take a break from the surf during the heat of the day and join us for some mobility and lower body training. It’s not that this class is rushed or like a performance race, we just skip the stuff you already do on your own.Find the same motivating and ever-changing blend of cardiovascular activity and intervals of the most fun parts of your favorite fitness classes. This class is re-designed weekly to a fresh new playlist made specifically to motivate you as you sculpt and build a balanced and strong physique. In addition to body-weight movements, FLEXpress incorporates elements from barre, Pilates, power yoga, kickboxing, weight training, and breath work into intervals of cardio endurance and targeted muscle burnouts. Bring a towel, some water and your favorite gym partner so you can go jump in the ocean or walk the beach for your own favorite cool-down. All levels welcome!

FLEX is a 1-hour class that blends cardiovascular activity with active rest intervals distilled from the most fun parts of your favorite fitness classes. This class is re-designed weekly to a fresh new playlist made specifically to motivate you as you sculpt and build a balanced and strong physique. In addition to body-weight movements, FLEX incorporates elements from barre, Pilates, power yoga, kickboxing, weight training, and breath work into intervals of cardio endurance and targeted muscle burnouts. Bring a towel, some water and your favorite gym partner! All levels welcome!

Ohana Yoga

Ohana Yoga is a class for the whole family! This class is playful, extremely fun, and gets everyone moving across their yoga mat. Taught by Rebecca and her daughter Kailani, this mother-daughter duo supports all ages through an extremely endearing yoga practice, not to be missed! We ask for a $10-$22 / person drop in rate, or pay what you can with that in mind.

Restorative with Oils

Come release tension in your body and mind with this gentle, restorative class. This class is designed to calm the nervous system with support the body in a blissful, resting state. Aromatherapy with doTERRA essential oils helps balance and relax the mind and body. All levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.

Hatha with Sound Bowls

Hatha is an alignment-based yoga classes that prepare the mind and body for meditation and deeper spiritual practices. This classes incorporates crystal sound bowls, or singing bowls, to create a transformative and deeply soothing experience. Hatha classes are for all levels and explore physical yoga postures and the breath with various pranayama breathing exercises. Props are heavily used to assist and support the body. While our Vinyasa classes cultivate a state of fluid and integrated movement, differently, our Hatha classes cultivate deep concentration, calmness, and stillness within the mind and body. *These classes are non-heated.

Hot 90 and Hot 60

Hot 90 is the Bikram Hot Yoga Beginner series consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in our hot room with high-end infrared heaters. Experience this 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises traditional hot practice in a 60 min express class, Hot 60. This sequence is designed to stretch and warm the muscles, while encouraging balance, strength, flexibility, and weight-loss. It is a wonderful place for beginners to initiate a steady yoga practice, while also offering the seasoned yogi continued growth. This practice builds mental stamina, perseverance, resilience, and determination. It changes lives! Great for all levels. Heated Vinyasa

Heated Vinyasa Our heated vinyasa classes are flow classes practiced under state of the art, Heating Green infrared heaters. Classes are heated to 92 degrees. You will sweat! Through mindful movement, breath, and thoughtfully choreographed sequencing, our vinyasa flow classes aim to expand awareness within the mental, physical, and spiritual body. In this full body class, you will move through sun salutations, followed by a variety of standing, balancing, and floor postures to open the body and focus the mind. Classes prepare the body for a deeper exploration of a peak posture. Please modify and take it easy as you need! Our heated vinyasa classes are under our Heating Green infrared heaters.

Vinyasa

Barre

Barre is a fun and rigorous class that blends movements from ballet, pilates, fitness, and yoga to give you a full-body workout. Barre lengthens, strengthens, tones, and shapes your muscles through small isometric movements and holds. Come re-shape your mind and body in this upbeat movement class. All levels. Room Temp.
